If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange them for another style. If you order was delivered over 14 days ago, you are eligible to process a lifetime warranty.

Lifetime Warranty

We stand by our products and back them up with our William Painter lifetime guarantee. This means if you break them, shatter them, blow them up, or run them over with a semi-truck we still guarantee them for life. With a small processing and handling fee you receive a brand new pair every time!

Limited Edition Products Guarantee

Since some of our products are limited edition we cannot guarantee a replacement, but we will get you a brand new frame of equal or lesser value of your choice!

If your order is under 14 days from the delivery date you will be guided by the BOT to our complimentary exchange system.

If your order is over 14 days you will click the button above and our BOT will help gather the necessary information we need to process either your refund or exchange. After that a member of our team will follow up to walk you through the rest of the process.
